Standard Business Terms for H.M Telecom System
Within 30 (Thirty) Working Days from receipt of Work Order. All delivery and installation timelines are estimated and subject to product availability and site readiness.
30 (Thirty) Days from submission date. All quotations and proposals are valid for 30 days from the date of submission unless otherwise specified.
1 (One) Year full service guarantee and manufacturer warranty. Supported by a fully-equipped workshop managed by 4 specialized engineers (including foreign manufacturer-trained experts). After the warranty period, flexible Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) are available.
80% Advance payment with Purchase Order (PO); 20% balance upon successful installation & testing. All prices are exclusive of VAT, AIT, TAX, and any other Government fees (to be added as per regulations if applicable).
We maintain an exhaustive inventory of genuine spare parts and consumable components locally to completely eliminate operational downtime.
We provide complete operational hands-on training to designated personnel upon equipment deployment to guarantee seamless, uninterrupted day-to-day operations.
