7-Day Return Window

If you receive a defective or damaged product, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories included.

How to Initiate a Return

2. Provide your order number and description of the issue
3. Our team will review and provide an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
4. Ship the product back to us with the RMA number clearly marked
5. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement

Non-Returnable Items

• Products with opened or damaged original packaging
• Software or licenses that have been activated
• Custom-configured or special-order items
• Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or bKash/Nagad.

Warranty Claims

All products come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty. For warranty claims beyond the 7-day return window, please contact our support team. We will coordinate with the manufacturer for repair or replacement under warranty terms.
